This site introduces our services and records project enquiries. It does not create a construction contract, reserve a schedule or confirm a fixed price. Scope, responsibilities, approvals and payment terms require a separate written proposal and agreement.
Project-specific review
Dimensions submitted online are preliminary. Fabrication requires verified measurements. Work subject to permits, licensed trades, structural review or community approvals must be reviewed by the appropriate parties. Service descriptions do not represent a license claim or a guarantee of rental revenue.
Images and third-party names
Portfolio images show work supplied as executed Klippel projects. Community names identify service areas, not endorsements. No affiliation with theme parks or entertainment franchises is claimed. Protected artwork or brand use requires the applicable rights.
